Shipping & Handling
We normally ship within 1-3 days and the shipping can take up to 7 business days outside Germany (2-4 days inland). Standard shipments (without tracking) outside Germany can take up to 12 business days, and sometimes even longer (3-4 weeks) especially around Christmas.

Shipping to Germany:
1-4 book: € 3.90 (with tracking)
Shipping to Switzerland:
1 book: € 5.50 (with tracking: € 8.50)
2 books: € 7.90 (with tracking: € 9.90)
Shipping to Europe:
1 book: € 4.90 (with tracking: € 7.50)
2 books: € 6.90 (with tracking: € 9.90)
Shipping to USA:
We are temporarily unable to ship to the United States due to DHL restrictions. Please check back soon — we’ll reopen US shipping as soon as possible!
Shipping to the rest of the World:
1 book: € 10.90 with tracking
2 books: € 13.90 with tracking
Means of payment
You can pay with Paypal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Sofort, Klarna, Ideal, eps and Bankcontact.
You can also pay with TWINT on a swiss bank account. You will receive our details after you have placed your order. Please make the payment during the following 3 days otherwise your oder might be cancelled, don't forget to add your order number.
Taxes
For orders within the European Union, VAT is included in the Price.
For orders outside the European Union, it is generally "tax free export delivery". Depending on the country, there might also incur other import taxes. Please check with your local customs regarding the fees.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Refunds
If you’re not happy with what you have ordered, you can send the items back within 14 days of placing the order and get a refund. The product must be undamaged. Shipping costs can’t be refunded.
We pack our items carefully to make sure they’re sent off properly. Should you nevertheless receive damaged goods, please notify us at shop@joliat.net and send a picture of the damage. You will receive a new product (if still available) or a refund.

All products by Edition Julie Joliat are designed and produced with great attention to quality, sustainability, and responsibility.
Our planners, notebooks, and other printed publications are made from environmentally responsible materials such as FSC® or Cradle to Cradle® certified paper and vegetable-based inks.
Each product is printed within the EU by carefully selected partners who follow high environmental and safety standards.
Because our products are entirely paper-based, they do not present any health or safety risks under normal use.
